ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

EQUITY MEMBERSHIP: There are up to 185 Equity Memberships that make up the Our Court Tennis Club Membership. An Equity membership makes you a part-owner of the club under the leadership of the Board of Directors. Equity Members have voting rights at the Annual Meeting on issues regarding club policy, budget and committees. An Equity Membership may be purchased from any member wishing to sell their membership, at price negotiated between the two parties. This purchase price is a one time cost to the member. In addition to your initial one-time membership there are Annual Fees ($575. for 2011/12) billed October 1st, which entitle the member to unlimited tennis and 24 hour accessibility to the club. There are no additional court fees. Equity members may make court reservations 5 days in advance, up to 4 reservations per week.

PLAYING RIGHTS: Sometimes an equity owner of Our Court wants to keep their ownership, but is willing to GRANT the use of their playing rights for the season. The cost is negotiated between the owner and the person who obtains the Playing Rights for the season. Often it is the cost of the annual maintenance fee. 

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: This is a limited membership that may be purchased for up to one year only.

  $425 (6 months)
  $250 (3 months) Apr. thru Aug only

Advance reservation up to 3 days before play. 
  limits of play during prime time:  2 times per week
 

Yearly fees: Fiscal year Oct 1, 2011-Sept 30, 2012
The Maintenance fees for 2011-12 season is $575.00. This allows member/owners access to the club 24 hrs and a 5 day advance reservation for courts. No extra charges are billed.

Guests: are allowed w/ members at $15.00 for each 1.5 hr. play on court.
